Mr Adrian C. Roche is the founder and Managing Director of Paycorp. Mr Roche brings two decades of management experience to his leadership role at Paycorp and with the assistance of a highly skilled team, Mr Roche has steered and positioned Paycorp into being one of the preeminent independent payment solution providers in the Australasian region.  Prior to founding Paycorp in 2001, Mr Roche worked extensively within the financial services industry in a range of roles including Senior Vice President of capital markets, trading futures and equities for leading trading banks such as Citibank, Credit Lyonnais and Swiss Banking Corporation (SBC). His daily exposure to high pressure trading environments has provided an excellent base from which to manage the complex and fast moving environment of a rapidly growing IT services company such as Paycorp.

Mr Roche has served on a number of Boards of Directors and advisory committees and currently holds directorships in a range of investments in the IT sector. Mr Roche has served on the advisory panel to the Australian Payments Clearing Association (APCA) for two years; he is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is currently studying for his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.  

Mr Caliguri brings over 10 years experience with IT company start ups and has been integral to the direction and success of Paycorp since its inception. Mr Caliguri is a director of several Australian and overseas companies which he has formed and progressed to various stages of maturity.

Mr Caliguri has an Education Degree from the University of Canberra .

Mr Caliguri brings value to an idea, or product or organisation through his action orientation, rational thinking, business acumen and experience in the information, communication and technology sector.
